MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on April 10, 2024 by Dillon Snider, a married woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Flagstar Bank, N.A., its successors and assigns, and recorded in MORT Book 541 at Page 41 on April 11, 2024, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Washington County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to Nationstar Mortgage LLC.
