Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Kenny M. Goldman and wife, Racheal Goldman, to Thomas S. Jordan and wife, Christine S. Goldman, which said Mortgage is dated April 10, 2020 and filed for record April 22, 2020, and recorded in Mortgage Book 521 at Page 482 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Washington County, Alabama, and said default continuing, notice is hereby given that the undersigned as holder of said Mortgage, by virtue of the power of sale contained therein, will sell at public outcry, for cash to the highest bidder, between the legal hours of sale at 12:00 noon on the 14th day of March, 2025, at the front door of the Washington County Courthouse in Chatom, Alabama, the following described real property in Washington County, Alabama, being the same property described in said deed, to-wit:
Commencing at the NE corner of the SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 3 West, thence South for 435.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence East for 120.0 feet, thence North for 156.45 feet, thence West for 285.0 feet to the East margin of Washington County Highway No. 15, thence South 04 degrees 47 minutes 47 seconds East along said margin for 157.0 feet, thence East for 151.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.0 acre, more or less, and being in the SE ¼ of SW ¼ and the SW ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 3 West, Washington County, Alabama.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and costs of foreclosure, including a reasonable attorney’s fee.
