When the person holding the office of the circuit clerk on January 1, 2025 vacates such office, Section 1 of this act shall be repealed immediately and shall have no effect on future office holders.

The State Oil and Gas Board of Alabama will hold its regular hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 and Thursday, March 20, 2025, in the Board Room of the State Oil and Gas Board, Walter B. Jones Hall, University of Alabama Campus, 420 Hackberry Lane, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to consider among other items the following petition:

First Amended Petition by Bay Gas Storage Company, LLC (“Petitioner”), a foreign limited liability company authorized to do and doing business in the State of Alabama, requests the State Oil and Gas Board to enter an order amending Rule 16(c) of the Special Gas Storage Rules for the Bay Gas Salt Dome Gas Storage Facilities No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 at McIntosh, Washington County, Alabama to provide flexibility in the timing of the required semi-annual testing for underground gas storage operators.
This petition is filed pursuant to Section 9-17-1, et seq. of the Code of Alabama (1975), as amended.
The public is further advised that, pursuant to this hearing, the applicable provisions of the Code of Alabama (1975), and the State Oil and Gas Board of Alabama Administrative Code, the Board will enter such Order or Orders as in its judgment may be necessary in accordance with the evidence submitted and accepted.
