Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Yolanda Johnson and Christopher Lydell Johnson, husband and wife, originally in favor of The Mortgage Outlet, Inc. A Georgia Corporation on August 17, 1999, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Washington County, Alabama, at Book 250, Page 311; the undersigned U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee under the Indenture relating to COLT 2021-RPL1 Trust, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Washington County, Alabama, on April 22, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Washington County, Alabama, to-wit:

Section 1. Section 3 of Act 84-549 is amended to read as follows:
When the person holding the office of the circuit clerk on January 1, 2025 vacates such office, Section 1 of this act shall be repealed immediately and shall have no effect on future office holders.

Debris Removal, Reduction, and Disposal Following a Declared Disaster Alabama Department of Transportation
Southwest Region – Grove Hill Area Choctaw, Clark, Marengo, Monroe, Washington
Sealed bids will be received by the Alabama Department of Transportation until 10:00 am on Monday, April 14, 2025, and at that time, publicly opened for a retainer contract for debris removal, reduction, and disposal following a declared disaster, in the Southwest Region, Grove Hill Area. The bid opening will take place at the Alabama Department of Transportation, Southwest Region, Grove Hill Area office.
Qualified General Contractors holding a current Alabama State license are invited to bid. This contract is for the purpose of retaining a qualified General Contractor whose services would be employed in the event of a Tropical Storm event or other declared disaster.
Copies of the contract documents and specifications may be inspected and/or obtained at the following locations:

The most qualified, responsive, responsible, and highest ranked bid will be accepted with key consideration based upon the benefit to the public; however, the Alabama Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in the bids received, and to accept or reject any items of the bid for the benefit of the public.
No conditional bids will be accepted.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing date and time for the receipt of bids.
