In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Alabama Roofing & Sheet Metal Co Inc, Contractor, has completed the Contract construction for Re-Roofing McIntosh Elementary School Kitchen and Millry Elementary School Classroom Building 23-254
at 8945 Old Highway 43 McIntosh AL 36553 & 1 Wildcat Drive Millry AL 36558 for the State of Alabama and Washington County, towns of McIntosh and Millry.
Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify McKee & Associates Inc, 631 S Hull St Montgomery AL 36104.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Towers, LLC is proposing to construct a 301-foot Lattice Tower telecommunications tower at 86 Vinegar Bend Rd, Fruitdale, Washington County, Alabama 36584 (31 20 28.6 N / 88 24 49.6 W). The tower is anticipated to have dual-red and medium intensity lighting. Interested persons may review the application for this project at //www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) Form 854 File Number A1287573 and may raise environmental concerns about the project by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. Requests for Environmental Review must be filed within 30 days of the date that notice of the project is published on the FCC’s website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online at //www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
