Numerous attempts to locate the Defendant have been unsuccessful.
This notice is to run for four consecutive weeks, on December 19, 2025, December 26, 2025, January 2, 2026 and January 9, 2026. McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC reserves the right to award the bid to the next highest bidder should the highest bidder fail to timely tender the total amount due.
