The vehicle must be moved from the municipal property within seven (7) working days from the date awarded.
Bids will be opened immediately prior to the regular town council meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
No late Bids will be accepted.
The 1994 Ford Flat Bed Truck will be available for viewing from Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Such Property shall be sold to the highest bidder, provided however, that the council shall have the authority to reject any all bids when, in its opinion, it deems the bids to be less than adequate consideration for the personal property.
The 1994 Ford LGT CONVT will be sold as is.

Washington County Water Authority is now taking bids on a 20-foot dual axle flatbed trailer. The deadline to place a bid will be Monday, November 24, 2025. The trailer will be sold as is.

FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of payment and other conditions described in and secured by that certain Asset Purchase Agreement executed on July 31, 2023, by and between Deep South Media Group, LLC, represented by Harold Welch, President (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer” or “Mortgagor”), and Gray & Gray, Inc., represented by Willie T. Gray, President (hereinafter referred to as “Seller” or “Mortgagee”), notice is hereby given that said Mortgagor is in violation of the Asset Purchase Agreement.
Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the Mortgagor has been allotted a minimum of thirty (30) days to satisfy the requirements of said agreement. If the Mortgagor has not cured the default or reached a settlement by the end of business on November 30, 2025, the Mortgagee will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the agreement, on and after December 1, 2025, reclaim full ownership of all property and assets held as collateral and described in the Asset Purchase Agreement.
Said collateral includes, but is not limited to, all accounts receivable and payments in hand at the time of default; all rights, titles, and interests in the trade names and publications known as Citronelle Call, Call News, Washington County News, and The Shoppers Plus; and all related websites and digital properties included in the original agreement.
The Mortgagee will also reclaim ownership of all office supplies, equipment, furniture, fixtures, furnishings, and automobiles described in the Asset Purchase Agreement, and/or used or intended for use in the operation of the aforementioned publications located in Mobile County and Washington County, Alabama.
Pursuant to Alabama law, certain persons who have an interest in the property may have the right to redeem the property under specific circumstances.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Alabama will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM – Central Office location at 1400 Coliseum Boulevard in Montgomery, to consider proposed revisions to Division 335?6 of the ADEM Administrative Code (Water Quality Program Regulations).
The Alabama Department of Environmental Management proposes to amend the ADEM Administrative Code rule listed above. Additional information on the basis for these proposed rule changes can be found in the Summary of Reasons.
