TAKE NOTICE that on June 18, 2026, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for LB-Ranch Series V Trust,, filed the above-styled Complaint in Ejectment, which alleges that Plaintiff foreclosed its interests in the Real Property on April 28, 2026, that Defendants remain in possession of the Real Property after Notice to Vacate, and Plaintiff seeks a judgment of possession of the Real Property.
On August 17, 2026, the Court entered an Order that service of process upon MARION HARMON, WEBSTER HARMON and ALL OTHER OCCUPANT be made by publication.
All persons to whom this notice is addressed are hereby directed to plead, answer or otherwise respond in writing to the Complaint in this cause on or before the 30th day after the last publication of this Notice, or a judgment of possession by default may be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service of the Complaint against MARION HARMON, WEBSTER HARMON and ALL OTHER OCCUPANT.

Public Notice
Delta Regional Authority intends to solicit assistance from the Department of War’s Innovative Readiness Training Program (IRT). The assistance will include medical, dental, vision, and veterinary services. The proposed assistance will take place in the State of Alabama, City of McIntosh, County of Washington in 2028. Contractors who have questions or who wish to voice opposition to military assistance for this project may contact Christina Wooden with Delta Regional Authority at 662-302-7339 or via e-mail at cwooden@dra.gov no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice. Persons not filing comments within the time frame noted will be considered to have waived their objections to military assistance for this project.

DELINQUENT TAX NOTICE
LEGAL NOTICE
According to Section 40-10-180 of the Code of Alabama, the tax collecting official of each county shall have the sole authority to decide whether his or her county shall utilize the sale of a tax lien or the sale of property to collect delinquent property taxes. The method decided by the tax collecting official shall apply to all real property in that county for the year so decided. In Washington County, the tax collecting official is Mary Ann Dees.
Mary Ann Dees, Revenue Commissioner for Washington County, Alabama, and all municipalities located therein, does hereby declare that Washington County will utilize the sale of tax liens to collect delinquent property taxes for the tax year 2026.
Unless a future proclamation is made, such method of collection shall remain in full force and effect for future collection years.
